10 Handy Items Most Cruisers Don't Pack & Should

1. Antibacterial Wipes - Use these on people, surfaces, shore excursions and at the pool for starters.  You can buy them in a small package or in a larger package and then put the amount you want to take in a baggie. 

2. $1.00 bills - Lots of them - For tips - For the room service or for any shore excursions where you have someone giving you a great tour or moving your baggage for you.

3. Small power strip - non surge protected extension cord in case more than one cell or tablet needs recharging at the same time.

4. Flashlight - Always bring a small flashlight for emergencies.

5. Magnetic Hooks - Get them at the Dollar store or Amazon use them to hang on the walls or bathroom door for hats, sandals, shirts, bathing suits, jewelry and so many other things.

6. White Board - small dry erase board to leave messages for others that are staying in the same cabin so you can stay in touch with each other.

7. Plastic Bags - combination of different size bags - small for keeping papers and money dry or cell phones in your pockets, large for shoes that get wet or to put shoes in when packing to keep off your clothes or a garbage bag for wet clothes to take home in your suitcase many uses.

8. (FAKE) Tea Lights - "Tea Lights from the $1.00 store - use them as a night in the bathroom or on your balcony at night.

9. Copy Passport - make a copy of your passport 1st two pages and also your government ID (DL or Military ID)   and put one set in your suitcase this will help if you lose your passport and have to go to the US Embassy to get a new one. You could make an extra copy to take with you also to leave in another place for safe keeping your SAFE or a copy on your phone. 

10. Extra set of clothes and shoes in your carry on in case you luggage gets lost. Anything you will need for a few days while you wait for luggage or while you try and buy some new clothes when they can't find your luggage.
